Fudgy Adzuki Bean Brownie

All you need for this recipe is:
– can of adzuki beans,
– 1 banana,
– 2 eggs,
– 2 tbsp of raw cacao powder,
– 1 tsp bicarbonate soda,
– a few drops of almond oil,
– 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil,
– berries to decorate,
– dark chocolate.
Mix all ingredients together. I use a blender to combine them well. Bake it 50 minutes in 180 degree C.

Frosting: dark chocolate 200g, double cream 4 tbsp / alternatively dairy free cream. Melt chocolate with cream. Spread over the cake. Let it cool down and decorate. I used Easter decorations.
